This was my first time getting lashes. I was hesitant in getting them done out of fear that they would look over done. But a friend who has nice lashes recommended this chain. The tech was friendly and took her time making sure the lashes would stay, but communication was lacking. She gave me options, but seemed she only went with what she was most comfortable for her.
