This was my first time getting lashes. I was hesitant in getting them done out of fear that they would look over done. But a friend who has nice lashes recommended this chain. The tech was friendly and took her time making sure the lashes would stay, but communication was lacking. She gave me options, but seemed she only went with what she was most comfortable for her. Lihn is amazing ! Love her work . She’s punctual, professional and my retention is great. The environment is calming I get one of the 1st appointments.
I like their work and the environment. I do recommend people to come here. The reason for 4 stars is that they don’t really do any unique sets. Not really much versatility. You can only choose from the basic styles so if you like basic this is the perfect place for you. If you have a specific style that you want I would suggest someone who specializes in the style you are going for. But again they do quality work and I’d still recommend especially if you want a sooner appointment.
