Have been going to KV Crossfit for the last 8 months or so and it's been consistently great. It's a really fun, supportive environment and the coaches are super knowledgeable and know how to apply it to both newbies and experienced people and are also good motivators. If you want to be able to do things your body can't currently do and have fun with the process, it's a great place for that.

I am really pleased with KVCF. I'm 65 years old, over weight and out of shape. I've never exercised for the sake of exercise but, KVCF was willing to take me on. I'm now entering my 3rd month and I'm getting stronger and leaner. I never thought I'd be going to a gym but I'm glad I overcame my intimidation. This is the place to be.
