This guy is a fraud. He was very responsive and eager to setup the appointment and collect the down payment. Then he no called no showed, and won’t respond to any calls/texts. Don’t let yourself get ripped off by this crook.
Scheduled appointment for 10/7 between 9-1am. No show, no call. Sent multiple text and calls to ascertain the problem. Completely ghosted. Highly recommend you find another provider.
High quality, great value, professional and on-time! What more could you ask for in a local business to clean carpets, rugs, sofas at home!
EDIT: made an appointment and he just never came or even followed up. Had to book someone else. While KV has done a good job cleaning, I don't appreciate getting ghosted. Would've rather been told there was no availability. ORIGINAL: K.V. was fantastic and I'm so glad I found them. My puppy peed on the couch and I could not get the stain or smell out. I contacted them and they were able to come to my apartment within 16 hours - I was not expecting someone to be able to come as fast as they did, but I was thrilled they were a... read more
