We had a flat tire and we dropped the tire in the morning without appointment; nicely the front desk accepted to repair it and it was readily available at the end of the day as we wanted. Very good service with very reasonable price. Thank you !

I have to update this review: two weeks ago we were accommodated by getting new winter tires installed. Last week, we had another issue: our battery was going. As CAA members we called to have the battery replaced but CAA specs for the Odyssey battery were slightly different and the technician arrived with the wrong sized battery. In a crunch, I called KV and they were able to accommodate us again...on short notice! Not only that, they took care of an upcoming service interval. KV Auto ahs always been accommodating for me and my family. We had a mini-emergency with a flat tire and decided to simply replace our older winter tires with new ones. Jeff was able to source the right size and had them installed the very next day. Given the stress of winter driving, this was a great relief. This was not the first time that we have had great service from KV Auto..a year earlier I had a sensor go on our van which Fundy Honda could not explain.
