After a cracked windshield from road debris, I called my insurance and then Toyota. Toyota didn't get back to me and when they did they were uninterested in working with my insurance. We pivoted to KV and got Ken on the line. He followed up right away. We were able to secure the OEM piece for the next day on a Saturday.
