I was searching the city for tape in extensions and found good reviews online for Kuza Hair and Beaty Supply. I stopped in and told the employee I was looking for ‘dark brown’ tape in extensions. The lady was super nice and said she had dark brown tape ins. In the lighting in the store the hair looked pretty dark but the employee assured me that the hair would match. I forgot to ask for my receipt unfortunately and when I got home I immediately saw the extensions were BLACK and way too dark to match my hair. Its super upsett... read more
I asked for a hair crème she sold me some kind of shampoo treatment. I went to return it the next day and they refused my return even thought the lady realized she sold me the wrong item.
Every time i go to purchase something from this store, it is always a pleasant experience. The owner is cheerful and happy to help. The store is always so neat and it is just a relaxing environment. They also have lots of items as well. A 10/10 experience across the board
