I spoke with them and set up a time for them to look at my broken pipe. I was told they would be there on a Saturday at 12 noon. Not only did they not show up, they never called and did not return my call. I don’t know how they stay in business with poor responsiveness and terrible customer service like that.
I highly recommend Kuykendall Plumbing. Very professional and does excellent work.
DID NOT USE HIS SERVICE BECAUSE HE NEVER RETURN MY CALLS (2). ALWAYS SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK IN COUPLE OF DAYS. NEVER CALLED. BIN THREE WEEKS NOW STILL NO CALL.
