I’m an adult (61) who has been a non-swimmer my whole life. Having experienced some traumatic water events (at least for me) since I was 5 has always hindered my willingness to learn. After a few conversations and getting comfortable with breathing and floating Darlene has helped me get beyond my fear of the water in the time she’s been my instructor I’ve gone from zero to swimming to and from the deep end and understand why I won’t drown!
