I've been a fan of Kuya's Cooking since the beginning! My family loves Aldrin's dishes. My husband especially appreciates the vegetarian options that are always available.
Kuyas cooking reminds me of my home the Philippines. If you get a chance try his food. The adobo is awesome , the pork succulent. I also love his pansit and his fried lumpia.
Hands down the best Filipino Food in the entire New England area! Kuya Aldrin’s modern take on traditional Filipino flavors makes his restaurant and popups a must try experience! Excellent service, delicious food, and a truly needed cuisine for Boston! 10/10 recommend Kuya’s Cooking!
