I had such a wonderful experience here! There was a misunderstanding on my end—I thought I had placed an order for another roll, but I actually hadn’t. Instead of making me feel embarrassed, the staff surprised me by making it for me at no charge and simply thanked me for being patient. The customer service was truly exceptional. On top of that, the food was absolutely incredible! The sushi was fresh, beautifully prepared, and some of the best I’ve had. Nice little spot in a food court. The sushi was great. The Louisiana Roll was excellent. Wish I ordered 2 of them .
We were a little skeptical to try because it was located in a food court/hall but were pleasantly surprised at how good it was! Flavorful, fresh and served relatively quick. A little noisy inside but worth it.
Great choices and high-quality ingredients. My favorite place to get a Poke Bowl and Sushi in uptown Charlotte.
