i get the feeling dr. houser would rather be doing something else than being a doctor
Dr. Houser was great. He made us feel comfortable asking questions and getting information. We will definitely be back to see him when we need another doctor visit. My daughter is 8 and he was really good about hearing her and talking to her on her level.
Dr. Houser is my favorite doctor I've seen in probably 20 years. BUT, the office is nearly impenetrable. I made an appointment over a week ago, let them know I was coming, and then get to the office. Due to Covid, we call to let them know we arrived. 10 calls and 30 minutes later, I finally get an answer. The answer to wait. I waited on hold for 5 minutes, then figured I got forgotten.
