Staff here is extremely unprofessional and rude. We were ready to walk in and purchase some glasses but they were so disturbed we had arrived during their lunch. I get it they have to eat but I went during business hours and there was no “out to lunch” sign on the door. They made us feel unwanted both in words and face gestures. Definitely lost future clients.
Very caring doctor and dedicated staff. Friendly, helpful, not rushed, listens to concerns. Highly recommend to anyone.
Love Dr. Kuwabara and her staff been going her for years even referred people to her and they weren't disappointed! Love the selection of eyeglasses!
