Never buy a product from kuvings; their warranty is a scam. I bought a juicer that stopped working after a year. When I reached out for warranty support, they told me I had to purchase accessories, which apparently aren't covered. The following year, the similar problem occurred, and again they insisted I buy $200 worth of accessories. It is ridiculous to have to pay $200 every year just to keep their product running. Order No. #677776 and #708874. Add more email conversations on their bad service

I purchased the 4 piece Damascus steel knife set. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy. This is cheap Chinese metal which has just had the name “Damascus” laser cut on the blade. The handle is very cheap, and looks to be made of plastic with wood grain. The metal housing which connect into the handle is already loose, and the blade extremely blunt. I repeat again. Do not buy.

Bought the C6500 for $699 and today we finally disposed of it with great relief. The parts are tricky to clean and unless you slice up fruit and veg in small pieces especially carrot, pineapple and celery, it gets caught and unnecessarily difficult to try to twist the lid off to remove the stuck pieces, even after reversing it. Had it for nearly 5 years. Didn’t use it as much as we wanted due to the arduous cleaning and prep time, but beats store bought juice. I’m so happy with my Kuvings AUTO10 PLUS Cold Press Juicer + Peeler and Accessories (black)! It’s an amazing machine — powerful, easy to use, and makes the freshest, smoothest juice ever.
