I bought Auto10 juicer. As a product the juicer is good. The spare parts are very expensive and not covered under warranty. The juice strainer was not working due to an issue and need to pay 90$ for that which is not covered. And staff are not polite when i called and explained the issue. I need to buy the strainer without it the product is useless even though motor and body is solid and pretty good. A faulty blender and months of being told my consumer rights don't exist. I bought a Kuvings blender in mid-November 2025. Within two weeks the rubber sealing ring on the lid began dislodging during normal use — pulled out of position by the suction the blender itself creates when you lift the lid off. I reported it immediately with photos, and followed up over the next several months with more photos and a video showing the seal failing after a single ordinary smoothie blend. Never buy a product from kuvings; their warranty is a scam. I bought a juicer that stopped working after a year. When I reached out for warranty support, they told me I had to purchase accessories, which apparently aren't covered. The following year, the similar problem occurred, and again they insisted I buy $200 worth of accessories. It is ridiculous to have to pay $200 every year just to keep their product running. Order No. #677776 and #708874. Add more email conversations on their bad service

I purchased the 4 piece Damascus steel knife set. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy. This is cheap Chinese metal which has just had the name “Damascus” laser cut on the blade. The handle is very cheap, and looks to be made of plastic with wood grain. The metal housing which connect into the handle is already loose, and the blade extremely blunt. I repeat again. Do not buy.
