I experienced very poor customer service. My vacuum blender was under warranty and yes they did eventually fix the problems as they should. But I had to make seemingly endless phone calls over weeks to chase them up, I remained consistently friendly in the face of borderline rudeness from reception. I’ve always had an amazing experience with kuvings. Their customer service is out of this world and they truly care about their customers, even after purchase and during the warranty period. Thank you for doing such a great job servicing my juicer, its like its brand new again. Highly recommend getting a juicer from them!!!!

Always great service from Kuvings Australia. We already have one of their cold-press juicers and we just recently bought their Cara CA5001 Under Sink Reverse Osmosis Water Filter. It works really well, and the tap looks very neat and clean next to our sink. It definitely gives us peace of mind to know that microplastics and PFAS (forever chemicals) are now filtered out of our drinking water.

The juicing lid is poorly made and breaks easily, even when used according to the manual. Customer service is unhelpful and focuses on finding reasons to deny issues rather than addressing the product's poor quality.

Ordered an orange peeler, broke within a few months. Later I contacted for warranty... Crickets.. I emailed again still no reply. I don't think you can expect any warranty claims from this place without working really hard to get it.
