Beaware as the builder is full of lies and have no clue about construction as can't even build a wall vertical and should be investigated by the Building Commision NSW. Will tell you things can be done closer to the stage and will turn around and say she hane not said it. The tradies used are unprofessional. Stay away from this builder.
