Beaware as the builder is full of lies and have no clue about construction as can't even build a wall vertical and should be investigated by the Building Commision NSW. Will tell you things can be done closer to the stage and will turn around and say she hane not said it. The tradies used are unprofessional. Stay away from this builder. Delayed the completion by 4 months and did not even paid any compesation. Such a worst builder. I had a horrible experience building with Kuver Homes. Please, don’t waste your hard-earned money. They cut corners at every stage, use cheap labour, and show no real concern for the quality of your home. Not qualified to be a builder. I’ve been following up with them for over a year to fix numerous issues — and still, nothing has been properly resolved. After handover, it’s like you don’t exist.
