All I’ll say is that the people that ran and managed the Rexburg branch really did try their hardest to work with what they had and improve things, even if they didn’t turn out due to the company’s lack of awareness about anything. All the employees and managers gave it their 100%, but with Visalia’s shady operations, and *no sense of communication* whatsoever, we all burned out, because nothing was getting properly done due to workload and circumstances we couldn’t control. Great environment, great people, terrible company.

We are from bakersfield we don’t trust this company anymore I did not recommend to someone else. They installed the solar panels but said it won’t be on till they come and make sure everything is ok. It’s been more then two months and they keep saying “working on it, working on it. Wait for the city” I think that is a excuse. I don’t know how this company got a 4.5 rating.

Wages are okay for Rexburg. Thats about the only benefit of working here. Management is filled with mostly well intentioned people but the execution of their responsibilities creates a toxic work environment. There is very little to no respect given to employees.
