Excellent service at Kuu Spa. I arrived feeling exhausted and stiff with pain and Adi was able to sense the exact spots I was feeling pain without me even saying and he reactivated me again. Very professional and talented, I walked out of Kuu Spa like I was floating on clouds! I told Adi I am cancelling my physio and will just come back to Kuu Spa instead haha. Highly Recommend.
I came here quite often and always feel satisfied.However, today I had a session with Ko and left feeling disappointed. He is very inexperienced. I feel like my money was not well spent at all.
Clean spa with professional massage. My therapist Asha massage skill is on my liking, strong and firm massage and no talking during the session.
I have had the ***worst experience here with Benjamin. I booked a 1 hour foot massage $119 online and additional 30 minutes back and shoulder $65 when I got there. He only provided the service for 1 hr and stopped, the excuse was that they were closing soon and he needed to clean up the room. When I got there I asked him the additional 30 minute back and shoulder and he told me it was okay and then I paid for that as well.
