The Dr. is great, the practice is meh. I switched doctors not too long after moving to Kutztown, mostly on recommendations. While I'm happy with Dr. Kunsman, I'm not a fan of the rest of the office staff (one nurse gave me false information about a drug I was prescribed and it ended up costing me). Additionally, their billing system is pretty difficult to figure out and nobody in the medical group will help you if you call and ask.
