I found myself broke down with a blown transmission in my truck while pulling a trailer to my cabin in northern Wisconsin. The owner, John Kutzler not only got my truck fixed over the weekend, but loaned me his personal vehicle to complete my trip while mine was being fixed! If that isn't the definition of going above and beyond, nothing is!
