Worst experience EVER from front desk to nurses did all the paper was there 2 hrs to be told they refuse to see my daughter because when they ask her if she was ok with delivering with a Male doctor in case Dr Kutzler was not on duty for her deliver she express herself being a little uncomfortable but she agreed and sign paperwork Even tho that was the reason she was there to see a girl doctor she still agreed . Even if you have an appt scheduled you’ll wait over an hour to get seen. Dr Kutzler is too overbooked now. The PA Angela missed a lump that shouldn’t have been missed on me. Then she let the student do a procedure on my daughter after my daughter signed a form saying no she didn’t want the student doing the procedure All she said was sorry that she didn’t even pay attention to the form she signed. This was a Hippa violation. I do not recommend this place anymore.
Horrible experience from this clinic, I have never felt so embarrassed and humiliated in my life.clearly front desk staff don’t know what they are doing, clearly I called them in a week before to verify if my record was send over and reviewed by Dr. And insurance was provided at that time. So when I got there they call you in to see The provider witch was NP.
