I had never used this repair service. They were prompt and arrived as scheduled. They did the repair to a breaker trip including even having to get a new breaker switch after replacing the obvious burnt-out heater coil. The charge was fair for their time and parts. They even went above and beyond and cleaned out the hot tub. I will definitely keep their contact info and I recommend them. Their pricing was better than larger retailers of hot tubs.
