Doctor often forgets to send perscriptions in resulting in my having to make several phone calls to straighten things out. Rarely if ever discusses test results. Usually I feel rushed in and out. Several times when I've had a health concern he just tells me 'you don't have that' or 'dont worry about that' with no further discussion. But after 15 years with a practice, you would think the doctor would be responsible enough to advise a senior citizen BEFORE a scheduled visit that he no longer accepts your insurance. Hello - The billing department lady is very very rude. I had a yearly physical check and My insurance covered 100%. I went to collect the blood test hard copy and this billing lady has charged 100$ to my insurance and $38 to me. This is fully trapped office. Please do proper inquiry and go to this office. This office lie a lot. They didn't even do proper physical test. They charged big bill to insurance company.,
