Jesse krawitzky ruined my hair. She cut it too short and instead of icy blond seamless highlights I got chunky yellow and blue strands after using a toner. She was very aggressive and I felt unsafe around her. She wouldn't shut her mouth for 2 hours asking personal questions about my family. After I told her I am not happy with my hair she called the police on me. She charged me twice as much as any salons. Her unprofessional and rude behavior is unacceptable.
