I think these ratings are fake. I went about a month ago just to cut my hair about 11/2 inch shorter and the first thing I told the lady is I didn’t want any layers. I wanted just a blunt cut with some point cut to remove a bit of weight. She did cut the right amount but left my bob with so much layers. I hate it. It looks so horrible. The only reason I went to this place is bc I read all the amazing reviews and wanted to give a chance. It’s so hard to style my hair. Why can’t stylist just listen to specific requests. Great service ! fantastic haircut !! Called on Wednesday afternoon and she was able to get me in on Thursday morning. I’ll be sure to go back when I in the area again.
