Helpful and friendly staff. Ultimately went elsewhere this time because they didn't have what we needed (futon for the basement), but we have purchased multiple couches and sectionals here before and have been happy with them. They even went a few days outside of the return policy for me because I was unhappy with the color of my last couch after I bought it and had gone out of town right after buying it, which I greatly appreciated. Andrea, great when we bought the couch from her, we were planning on going back and buying the loveseat that matches it So, We bought the couch at Kutters not even a month ago. The board is sticking up in the back when you sit down. The board hit you in the hip, just on one side of the couch. I called them And because we picked it up ourselves, they say we need to bring it back down there or they will charge me $50 to come out and look at it. I was helped by a sales associate named Susan and got such great service! I was trying to order furniture over the phone for a family member moving to assisted living. She was so helpful..even went and laid on a couple beds to help me select the best option. The Delivery guys were professional and helpful and we love the furniture. Thanks for the great service!
