A True Professional I walked into Mario’s shop on a busy Saturday just looking for information, not expecting to be seen. Not only did he take the time to speak with me, but he also offered to cut my hair at the end of the day, even though it was past his posted shop hours. When I returned at the agreed time, he was there, ready and waiting, and treated me like a priority, not an afterthought.
