I had Luke service the automatic transmission and change the gear oil in the differentials and transfer case on our RAV4. I had made an appointment and was able to wait while he did the work. He worked efficiently and took care to protect our car and keep it clean. He also noted and discussed potential future needs without trying to upsell me. I feel he provides great advice and excellent work for a fair price.
Went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule for an inspection of a used car I was considering which turned out to have many problems - so grateful I did not buy it. And then assessed and made repairs on another vehicle after a collision. Luke identified problems missed by the dealer and items the dealer called out that were completely inaccurate. I initially took my Honda Pilot to another mechanic. They gave me an estimate and included parts that don't even go on my car. They said the radiator was cracked and it wasn't. I was referred to Luke at Kutrich Auto Repair and glad I took it to him. He looked my car over and gave me a good and fair estimate. He did the work quickly but was very thorough.
