I went to Kutney Automotive on Fields Ertel RD in Loveland, OH to get my car "inspected" an hour and a half before closing. My car had just started to make a horrible rattling noise when braking that was coming from the left back rear tire. They started to "inspect" my car and after 5-10 minutes of my car being brought back to the garage, Michelle told me that the problem was that the "emergency brake shoes needed to be replaced."
