I would not recommend this provider based on my experience. I incurred financial losses due to repeated visits to replace fillings that fell out multiple times, taking valuable time away from my business. Additionally, during my first vacation after the COVID pandemic, a crown fell off while I was abroad, causing significant pain, inconvenience, and unplanned expenses. Our records indicate that the crown was placed without the use of adhesive, as both surfaces were documented to be clean at the time of placement.
I have been a happy client since 2002, amazing staff and care given. The Kutlesa’s make you feel like family. Bobbie-Ann is another wonderful staff. Reception is always kind and responsive. They seem to only hire exceptional staff. The newest addition Dr. Chantal is phenomenal, I highly recommend this place for any and all dental work. You can genuinely trust the staff here to provide high quality service consistently.
I have been a patient of Dr. Marianna Kutlesa for 25 plus years, more recently Dr. Olivia Kutlesa has taken over my file, however Dr. Marianna did the implants. Both of these Doctors are caring and professional. During my time as a patient Dr. Marianna has worked diligently to keep my smile as perfect as possible while I had some issues with infection, and other problems.
