Hire this man! Kutler was always available and willing to go above and beyond for my wife and me. We found a house that we loved and we needed several things done to get our loan. Kutler tore down and removed a small barn, built a handrail to our back door, and shored up a falling down carport. Hopefully we never need to move again but if we do, I’m calling Kutler!
Our home had not even gone on the market, but neighbors had friends looking for a property that could house their horses and Kulter Blackwell was their agent. We had already moved 5 hours away and this young man went beyond any real estate agent we have ever worked with in the past. Although he was the buyer's agent, he was so kind and helpful to us as the sellers. He worked hard and did as he said he would. He kept in touch throughout the process. If you need to buy or sell, he would be a great agent to use.
