What began as a smooth process during an incredibly painful time turned into disappointment and disgust. We first met with Gary, who treated us with respect and care. He guided us through the steps of choosing how to best honor our mother and was professional throughout. We also met Mr. Kutis, which gave us confidence that they would take the utmost care in helping us through the burial process. To the unprofessional female employee that made the rude comment about us taking the flowers I was not aware that you were entitled to them. And no we did not take the carpet and light fixtures that you and the two other men were speaking about. We have used kutis the past three times. Never again. Shame on you! Nobody wants to visit a funeral home. That being said, Kutis doesn’t do a bad job. The building is older but well-maintained, and their staff are respectful. It’s located right off of I-55 and Butler Hill, and has lots of parking. Nobody WANTS to be here in all honesty, but if you have to host a funeral/wake, this is a decent option.

I can’t say enough good words for the experience that my family had here. We were never made to feel uncomfortable or pressured in any type of way. We were treated with absolute professionalism from the very 1st phone call to the day of the funeral. Our funeral director was very communicative and professional the entire morning. Relaxed is the best way I can describe our experience here. Thank you again Kutis.
