It is not an easy task to arrange any services for a loved one, this one especially hit me hard. However, the compassion and care given to me by Lee was warming and brought comfort. I would like to thank Kutis for offering the kind services for babies and how much this means to my family, thank you.

My mom just passed away and Kutis was great. They explained the whole burial plan and did not try to upsell. Thank you Kutis you made a tough time a little more bearable!

Kutis was a huge disappointment on this experience. Took them 6 hours to pick up my family member on the day of death. Day of the funeral, we found out the our loved one was buried already that morning. Kutis relayed wrong info. They robbed our family our final goodbye. This is unforgivable.

Gary made me sign the rights away from my mother and refused for me to have to proper send off for her that I wanted. Even though I was the one who had the legal rights he was in contact with an out of state distant relative who got to call the shots. I was ignored and bullied by Gary the funeral director into signing away the rights to my mother. She stayed at their funeral home nearly 6 months due to this.
