Very pleased with my experience with KTA Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, MA. Starting with Laurence who estimated the cost of the project and was very thorough in his explanations of details of work. He completed the work very efficient and fast. They was a small damage to the paint while they were doing the work, but they fixed it and took care of it on the spot.
They came over and wired my patio / koi pond area. I called them in a panic today as all the power to my koi pond went out. I was frantic that my fish would die from lack of aeration. I left a message detailing the urgency. Nothing , no call back ! I had to call another company to fix the issue. Kuta you are a disgrace to your profession. You left me hanging out there to worry over my fish. Shame on you!
