Love her, she is the very best!
Charlotte did my mother's hair for years and did an awesome job! My mother didn't drive so Charlotte came to her house or came and picked her up and took her up to the beauty shop. Charlotte is the sweetest, nicest, kindest person! When my mother just passed away Charlotte did her hair for her last time. My mother loved the way she did her hair and always looked so beautiful. Thank you Charlotte! You were appreciated!
