Be aware of Toral S. the Eyebrow person at Kut n beauty in Chino Hills CA. (Actually, no stars should be given but I had to choose one.) A few days ago, I made an appointment to get my eyebrows done with the eyebrow person named Toral who has a booth located in Kut N Beauty in Chino Hills.
