I am sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions. I brought my car to Kustomholics because it was not starting. I was told the issue was the fuel pump and approved an almost $1,300 repair. My vehicle remained there for approximately two weeks. Afterwards the car was still not working. I had to have it towed to another repair shop. The second mechanic informed me that the fuel pump had been installed incorrectly and needed to be corrected. My experience here was great. The staff was very friendly. They were very knowledgeable & patient. I was getting tent on my new car. I was very indecisive about what I wanted. Airic was patient with me & explained the different types of tent & showed me examples. I was very happy with the finished product. Update! I now also go here for my oil changes. Their customer service is top tier. They are always so respectful & make you feel like family. Go here if you want top tier service & things done right!
