Honesty is the best policy describes my experience with Jay! After months of getting my remote (command start) paired, and paying full price each time with another shop, I was told to try Kustomeis. Jay gave me a new remote, without paying, to try along with my old one (which he paired in 2 min). After a few weeks and only when he was satisfied with the results, my old one is still working! The whole process was Free of Charge! Highly recommend his honesty and expertise!
Asked my wife, who is in charge of an IT dept, if she knew what Apple Carplay was... very condescending, will not give specifics WRT models or brands when quoting, and lacks knowledge on new audio hardware for higher grade IT in new vehicles. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

We spoke with Jay about getting a tower speakers and an amp put in our boat. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about all aspects of the setup and installation including working within the comfort of our budget.
