I found Max to be quite nice and respectful. I asked him to trim two trees (a magnolia and a red bud). I was charged 'the usual price' for a tree service. I am saddened to share that the red bud looks out of shape (kinda 'chopped'). Moreover, I had to pick up several large branches after he left. The magnolia was 'topped' with a, I suspect, dull blade because there is a six-inch bark peel down the side of the main branch (which I hope will not get infected). I would not recommend them for 'tree trimming'.
Max and Dan of Kustom Tree Care Inc. are professional, friendly, and professional. They trimmed our large maple and cherry blossom trees with great care and precision. While they worked, they joked with each other and they genuinely enjoyed working together. I could speak with them as they worked and get to know them well enough to know them and their commitment to high-quality work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them for your yard's tree care
This company is without a doubt very professional. I have used the for a number of jobs. They not only did what was requested but finished up and cleaned up to perfection. I would highly recommend them. I would happily be a reference for them!
