Creepy owner. Rude, condescending. Hide your tanning lotion or else he won't let you in hahaha what a jerk
I just called to get some package information and pricing. The gentleman that answered the phone corrected my terminology when I asked if an "unlimited" package was available. He informed me that there "is no unlimited and that term should never be used in the tanning industry" and basically told me when i should and shouldnt tan. Rude dude. Not going to patron this establishment.
Kustom Sun is a great place. Friendly staff, clean beds and supplies, plus lots of great products.
This place is horrible, the employees are rude. I have not been tanning in years and the employee ask no questions, offered no assistance, provided no instruction and appeared irritated that the paying customers were showing up wanting service. After being told to just use a room, I am now burnt and my skin is sore considering seeing a doctor and never tanning again! Don't go here!!!
