Great product but extremely poor communication. They sent the wrong lighter with someone else's initials. I left numerous emails and provided my cell and clicked on their chat function - not one response. You receive no direction on when the product is coming etc. Very stressful if you are using as a surprise gift and are under a crunch. Would not use again unless I had no other alternative. Customer service is important to me and there was none here and I am stuck with a lighter with someone else's initials.
