Really fantastic to work with. Had a guest checking in at 3pm. Discovered at 10am heat was not working. They came out, fixed it and were gone long before guests arrived. He even set the thermostat with parameters so guests couldn’t drop air too low or heat too high. Sent very detailed receipt. Very appreciative of how quickly they responded and how professional and nice they were.

So my air conditioning unit decided to stop blowing cold air one day, of course it did this on hottest day of the year. I tried to figure out what the problem was, with help from google and YouTube, but I quickly realized I was in over my head. I called Kustom Maintenance; they found the problem, were able to repair it that day and got my cold air flowing again! They were professional and knew how to fix my problem fast.
