Sat on the side of 85 S for over 3 hours. Called 35 different shops, and even 911 and the fire department looking for road side assistance when we got a flat tire headed on our vacation from Atlanta to Navarre Florida, and the guys from Kustom Kreation were the ONLY people with a solution for us other than get towed to the next town 30 miles away to a tire shop that wouldn’t be open until the next day aka sleep In our vehicle overnight with 2 small children. Very unprofessional. I’ve called in regards to needing two tires and I kept receiving a run around. It was always I’ll call you back or I have too much going on. I would’ve felt more comfortable if he would’ve just told me he doesn’t want to do it. But me being who I am, I believe in giving people a chance and it never fails. Instead of communicating with me like most business would do, he felt the need to cuss me out instead of being accountable. My recommendation for tire needs is anywhere but here. Dealing with Zach has been a frustrating experience. He’s extremely demanding, expecting everything to be done immediately and at rock-bottom prices, with no consideration for realistic timelines or costs. To make matters worse, we believe he turns around and marks up our services significantly when charging his own clients, making it seem like they’re paying more than the true value of my work. It’s exhausting trying to meet his unreasonable expectations, and I'm unable to recommend working with him
