Very unprofessional. I’ve called in regards to needing two tires and I kept receiving a run around. It was always I’ll call you back or I have too much going on. I would’ve felt more comfortable if he would’ve just told me he doesn’t want to do it. But me being who I am, I believe in giving people a chance and it never fails. Dealing with Zach has been a frustrating experience. He’s extremely demanding, expecting everything to be done immediately and at rock-bottom prices, with no consideration for realistic timelines or costs. To make matters worse, we believe he turns around and marks up our services significantly when charging his own clients, making it seem like they’re paying more than the true value of my work. It’s exhausting trying to meet his unreasonable expectations, and I'm unable to recommend working with him
