Kustom Kaps Kustom Kaps is probably one of the best places to get your t-shirts in our area! The art department made an amazing logo for my church and the printing was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone! PROS: Great service CONS: none
Great Little Shop Kustom Kaps of Alma had the equipment needed for my son's football when none of the other larger chain stores had the correct items or sizes. Kustom Kaps offered great customer service with a wide selection of merchandise.
Horrible I made an order on 4/4/2011. I was promised my order by 4/15/2011. Finally received my order on 4/21/2011. I did not receive what I ordered. In fact, I received lower quality shirts, 3 different colored shirts for a t-ball team, hats that were a different color. No one answered my phone calls. I am waiting to receive a refund so my t-ball team can get uniforms before their first game on 4/28/2011. I ordered early so my kids wouldn't have to wear white shirts with numbers wrote on them.
