I don't recommend doing business with Mike or Sierra Benavidez. They don't pay their bills on time, you have to hound them to pay rent every single month. They will give you all sorts of excuses about someone being sick, phone broken, etc. Eventually they quit answering calls and move to a new location. Even when you try to help them and are super understanding they will take advantage of you. If you rent to them they will leave your property a mess. Hauled off 3 pickup loads of trash.
