I watched as this company cheated a customer wanting the customer to pay for his permits and insurance required by the city to install the sign that he had made. When she agreed to pay the permit, but not the insurance, he doubled the price on the install fee and refused to put it up until she paid the inflated price. The sign had already been paid for and he refused to let her have it, holding it hostage for the install fee he was making up.
