I found Lee and his crew to be total pros and very knowledgeable about all of the choices available to me for my particular roll up door application.
The technician Adam came about two hours after my call and I took him down to my golf cart garage as I was locked out and the opener wasn’t working. He promptly was able to get my garage door opener back online. He was here for maybe 20 minutes at most and wanted to charge me $250, I disagreed with his fee and we agreed on 150. This is not very ethical at all.
Think this business is out of business. We prepaid for a garage door over 2 years ago. We're sorry that Lee passed away, but when you own a business, you have a responsibility to your customers. We wanted to give the family time to grieve, and we did, but we haven't had any response from the business to get our money back. Went to the business and it was dark. I also paid a $1600 deposit and never got my new garage door. No Email replies or anything. Fraud. Will file a complaint and a lawsuit. Stay away from these people. Rick in Crestline.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I paid a deposit to Kustoms on July 18, 2022 to install a new garage door. The estimated install date was in Nov 2022, in which he never called to schedule a time to install. I called him. We set a date in Dec 2022, and he never showed up. I called him again.
