I have had a very good experience with Kustom, specifically Rick Trevino from the Kalamazoo office. He was exceptionally professional, went above, and beyond what I expected. I would not hesitate to work with him again. Excellent job.
We had a small kitchen fire, called our insurance company and they reached out to Kustom for us. Cale was assigned to our house. He was on time and explained everything very well on our estimate. He was in contact every step of the way and we never felt out of the loop.
I had a lot of mold in my house , Kustom came out the same day and cleaned it all up. I was so surprised with the efficiency they worked in. I will definitely use Kustom again!
