It was a huge mistake taking my SUV to Kustom Car Toys to get LED lights done. A year later, I'm still paying for it. They started the job in Oct 2018. It took them 3 months to get the LED lights working as they should. I've lost count of the number of times I had to take the car back within that 3 months to fix yet another issue with the lights. It’s always drama!!! Nothing is professional!!! I came in this morning to get tires I paid for last week $1660. First name same tire. I say go ahead I just need to get out of here by 11. At 10:52 I only have two tires on a guy cones in front door yelling someone’s name and goes to back where my tires are being put on and wants to stand and talk..... no one cares that I have a very important doctors appt at 11:30 and I said at 9:08 I had to be done by 11.
I have been back 7 or more times and the problem with the system they installed has not been resolved. I did the research and this place had good reviews. I feel that I wasted money and should have kept the system I had or gone elsewhere.

I've been getting my systems and customizations done here since 2009. This place is amazing! The prices and customer service are awesome!
we scheduled an appointment to tint our windows a week out. We show up to the appointment and was told they couldn't do it today. No phone call or text before hand, which would have been nice customer service. They knew the person who tints the windows was not going to be there but neglected to inform us before hand. Drove 45 mins for nothing. Why take my phone number of you're not going to use it. This was a one and never done for me. Terrible customer service and they don't even care.

Very unprofessional and unorganized. We had to hire an attorney to sue this joke of a company! They will take your money and never produce your product! Very disappointed with their service!
