According to their website they pride themselves with great customer service and customer satisfaction and we were far from receiving that service. The first sign that should have run us away was when we walked into the business and the employee (Jose) did not make eye contact with us. We asked for a quote on a Stereo installation. Listen here... Ray took care of me! I walked in there Friday, Booked my tint and total car audio install for the next day. Dropped it off at 10 and had it back by 2pm!!! That’s how you do good business!
FIX THIS! I'm so upset at this point I find it hard to know where to begin, so I guess I'll just start at the beginning. The customer service is terrible! And I was promised products already paid for. According to Ray and Corey I'm very unsatisfied with their service and would NOT recommend the store at all
Horrible customer service, manager defends his unprofessional sloppy employees, they left tools under my hood after installing audio system and left tools again in my backseat after doing window tint and left my seats dismantled. When they offer discount, they give you like $20 off. They dont explain tint laws so if you're new to NC like I was and you fail inspection, they blame it on you and charge full price to remove and full price to retint. Never again will I step foot at that waste of space for a business!! Gave me the run around for a purchase that they never ordered in the first place. Then acted like they didn't want to give me my refund. Just unbelievable! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE!!!
