Doug was friendly, hooked up a Pioneer DMH-WT3800NEX (9” Floating screen) in the dash of my truck (‘90 F250) along with a rear license plate cam before a road trip. He had it done in less than 3 hours and it’s worked perfectly. I’d definitely come back here
Thought about going here! Glad I read the reviews! Seem like unprofessional a holes! Guess I’ll do it myself, if I was them I would change my business name to get some new reviews and maybe start doing good work cause people like me are scared away by the bad reviews.. even the good reviews look like the workers wrote them haha
I'm going to start this review with the information that at the end of this transaction, the person who I perceive to be the owner stated "You can call us R-Words when you write about us" I took my car there to get a new headunit system installed that was made for my vehicle. I called the store today, they fit me in as I called them, and I drove out there. Got there, they got my info and started working on my car while I was there. Dropped my Road King off for stereo install. Top notch cutomer service, friendly staff, and very knowledgeable. I will be back for any of my audio needs.
They are a joke I wouldn’t recommend nobody to this place I have a viper remote start brand new in the box I ask them if I paid them could they install it they said no the guy that answered phone is very unprofessional and not business like
