Not satisfied. I had an appointment with Kustom Auto, went there and they kept me waiting for over an hour which made me think they were working on my car. Only for them to tell me they can't offer any service to me today and I had to pay for the hour which they offered no service for. I was so disappointed because I drove over an hour only to be let down, got no service done by them and still was forced to pay. If they knew it couldn't be done yesterday why did they keep me for a long time and offered no service.
Excellent customer service and availability for an appointment to have a remote starter installed.
Work was done professionally and fast. I loved the showroom.
