Horrible representation!!! He got me nothing out of my divorce but large attorney fees. If he knows what is at stake, he will try to dwindle himself a big portion of it in legal fees. He met with my ex husband and his attorney without my knowledge and I think they make a deal with him to leave me with nothing after 25 yrs of marriage. Judge Delvin did the same thing to me. A Buffalo area attorney has admitted to stealing $236,250 from an elderly client in 2017, according to the Erie County District Attorney's Office. Carl B. Kustell, 79, of Clarence pleaded guilty Thursday to second-degree grand larceny before Erie County Court Judge Susan Eagan, prosecutors said.
